Palo Santo sticks offer relaxation, stress relief, and natural insect-repelling properties due to high levels of the compound limonene. It is widely used in aromatherapy and mindfulness practices to ground energy and create a calming atmosphere.
Directions: Light one end of stick over flame such as candle lighter. Let it burn for approximately 30 seconds then blow out flame. The stick will continue to smolder, releasing smoke. Place on hard surface such as a bowl or ash tray.
