Operated by women, this company handles every aspect of production — from painting to firing to packing — ensuring a truly artisanal touch in every creation. It takes special talent and workmanship to hand-paint ceramics, and it's an ancient craft that is slowly fading away. Not many people learn it anymore, and it's difficult to find employees who possess that skill.
